Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact customerservice@goredean.com if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Drop Ship Items
Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Second-day and next-day shipping are not available on these items. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order, and heavy items may take up to four to six weeks for delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

International Deliveries
(Catalog) A base delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement that could be amended at a later date for additional charges in the foreign country. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

FREIGHT (if the item is trucked):

GOREDEAN will get the best price possible on all Freighted furniture.   In some cases, we can offer bundled freight (more than 1 item).  Your credit card will NOT be charged for the shipping until we have determined the least expensive way to freight your item.

Furniture Delivery
Most large pieces (determined by dimensions and weight), as well as certain items that require extensive assembly or setup, are delivered using our White Glove or In House Delivery service.

  • What is White Glove service? The carrier brings the item into the room or area you specify (including up or down stairs), uncrates it, assembles it (if necessary), positions it, and removes all shipping materials.
  • Is there a charge for White Glove service? The White Glove charge is included in the cost of additional shipping, specified with the item price on the website product page.
  • How is White Glove delivery scheduled? Our designated carrier for your area will contact you by telephone several days in advance to schedule a specific day and an estimated delivery time. White Glove delivery is not available on weekends or national holidays.
  • What is the process for furniture returns? If the furniture arrives damaged or is damaged in the delivery/setup process, the carrier will re-crate and return it to GoreDean at no charge to you. If it is returned for another reason, a pickup and/or restock fee may apply.

.   Punch List - Upon completion of any installation, we conduct a punch
list check in writing on each workstation. Every lock, drawer, binder bin,
electrical outlet, etc. is checked for proper operation.
.   Cleaning - Once the tools are put away, the cleaning begins. After
an installation, our installers wipe down all surfaces including drawer
fronts, shelves, binder bins, etc. In addition, any trash is disposed of and
the area is vacuumed.
.   Signing Off - When an installation is finished, our supervisor will
have our client sign off on the project indicating that the project has been
completed in accordance with all specifications and expectations.
