Surprisingly, this problem seems to be all over the interenet. The people at KY J say

Gentle and safe water based personal lubricant. This is the perfect personal lubricant to use with all types of medical products and procedures. 4 oz. (113g) tube. Because KY Jelly is water based, it has no color or perfume additives and is biologically inert. Another great feature of KY Jelly is that it cleans up easily and will not stain your clothes. It's applications are almost endless,

It my not be the jelly as much as something else. I would soak the sheets in Oxyclean for six hours nd then wash in cold water. Also for nicer sheete, try Nature Bright.

I have ruined three sets of cotton sheets, including a set of bamboo sheets. I have followed the above directions plus used Stain Stick, Spray and Wash and vinegar. I cannot get stains from K-Y Jelly and other intimate stains out of my sheets. Of course drying them even on low has probably set the stains. I have read a lot about laundering sheets and have not seen the above problem addressed. Thank you
